OUR POLICY...is to give our customers a secure quality service, offering the best value at competitive prices. Except for special orders, we include the cost of next working day delivery in the prices we advertise and offer a returns policy which is second to none.

1. All prices quoted on our price list include VAT at 17.5%, where applicable.
   
   
2. All prices include 24 hour next working day delivery within the UK mainland except in the case of Pond Food (which take app. 5 working days), all items will be dispatched by 24-hour next working day delivery. If delivery outside mainland UK is required, we will be pleased to quote you a price. All deliveries are insured.
   
   
3. Every effort is made to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
   
   
4. If we are out of stock on any item we will offer you, by way of telephone or email, an alternative or we will give you a date when we can deliver the original goods.
   
   
5. All goods in this catalogue carry manufacturers warranties and guarantees. In the event of a failure within the specified guarantee period, contact us on 0800 243 959 to explain the problem. We will retrieve the unit at our cost and repair/replace it before returning it to you, again at our own cost.
   
   
6. Methods of payment. We accept all major credit cards. All on-line purchases are made through a secure link. Purchases may also be made using our Freephone number. Call 0800 243 959.
   
   
7. Damage, shortages and faulty goods should be notified to One Stop Aquatics within 48 hours of delivery.
   
   On no account should goods be returned without prior notice and arrangement contact: customerservices@onestopaquatics.co.uk.
   
   One Stop Aquatics reserves the right to repair or replace damaged goods.
   
   
8. One Stop Aquatics reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. This of course does not effect the price after the time an order is placed.
